San Leandro Realtor Scott Harrison appeared on the Eleven o clock news describing the hot real estate market of home sales... Sue Kwan of KPIX focus was on how the average median house prices of East Bay communities which was below average had appreciated in the last year. Where some communities had increased 24 % in the last year. Sue states "realtors are chalking it up to enticing low interest rates" in the news cast after interviewing Scott Harrison for half an hour.
