SHEFFIELD VILLAGE

Tucked up against the San Leandro hills is an enclave of homes known as Sheffield Village Original homes were built in 1939.

Sheffield Village is in Oakland, but the Kids attend San Leandro Schools. Sheffield Village is located north of Bay-O-Vista and east of I-580, against the hills and residents there feel a kind of kinship to San Leandro.

These homes built by E. B. Field Cooperation which incorporated a HOA to guarantee to preserve the quality of life and stability of the neighborhood. The Sheffield Village HOA maintains private tennis court, there is a city park and a lot of open space in the hills behind these homes.
